works ok.
Yesterday I decided to try new path of investigation.
I installed Rational Software Architect 8.0.4 and WebSphere 7.0. Then I
fixed WebSphere and my actual version is now 7.0.0.23 (the last one).

I created java project. It is client of my jax-ws web service and I use it
for signing messages.
I renamed rampart.mar to rampart.jar and put it into classpath of java
project (also addressing and rahas mars). I am not sure if this is correct,
but it works for me.
