The files you are using are VRML1.0 since they use "Separators". The
VRMLloader you are using loads VRML2.0 which has replaced "Separators"
with
"Transforms".

You need to load them with format RGBA. Also, try using PNG format, I have
had great success with that.

I am trying to load a VRML file of the city of Toronto. But that file
