Do you know which tool (we
are evaluating Opendx Amira TKV Java3D...) could be the best to
implement a 3D model from some radiographies of a human jaw? We are trying to
work whith stomatologist to make a graphic representation (interactive,
rotations picking...) of the process of implanting teeth.
We need to reconstruct the jaw structure from some
jaw radiographies and them, picking one out of some models of tooth pieces try
to put it in the hole of the original tooth losted to see if it matches
correctly. So, we should be able to rotate the model in every angle due to
a good definition of the rendering.
We will like to use a tool which wont need a very
high level computer because the doctors do not have one and they will not be
able to get any.
I am asking for something impossible?
Thank you all
