Hi all ! I'm implementing j3d applications based on file loaders (NCSA Portfolio Loader). They work fine from the command line, but trying to run it with Netscape, I get the AccessControlException when the file has to be loaded (an .obj file in this case, this happens with other kind of files, like text files). Does it means, as I've readed on j3d interest discussion, that the only way to read a file is from an URL ? If I'm right, how can I test the loading of files from a navigator, reading the files in local ? Thanks in advanced !!
