Sun left Apache alone because Harmony didnt really matter and there was
nothing to gain. Oracle on the other hand have a different style of
business.

Im sure its safe to say these patents are just a test or a warning.
Oracle starts with this and if they dont win, they will eventually
come out with their flashy weapon which i believe is that Android is
Java.

The java way to typically doing your packaging is reversing the domain
name. In many countries, domain names are trademark asset that is
often given to the brand that it is associated with. Im pretty sure if
someone other than Coka had ownership of cocacola.com.au (im aussie)
