Insert H is used to bring up a list of hot keys specific to the application currently in focus. to access the JAWS help, with JAWS in focus, hold down alt and tap H. you then can down arrow thru the help menu choices. the one you want is (JAWS help topics). Please let us know if you need any fur

The function was simply not assigned in Windows Media Player.jkm as it should have been. This can be remedied by opening Keyboard Manager at any time, selecting the Windows Media Player application, then assigning the keystroke. The oversight has been reported to FS. - Original Message ---
