I don't know of a stand-alone label maker,
but most cd writing applications come with a label maker.
What program are you useing to burn your cd's?

within the email client, especially. & the ability to delete all the
unwanted messages from within the mailing client being used on the computer,
rather than having to login & do the needful from the web interface.
