Hi Arianna , I also found this interesting. When I talked to FS support I was told to again download version Version 8.0.210 7 and run the setup. I was told that I would then be presented with a repair option. No way, the only choice I had was to go to add/remove and remove jaws 8. Then re-run

Well, Lenny, I did the repair and was able to download and install the upgrade, but when I was doing the repair it asked me if i wanted to add more synthesizers and because I thought the ones i had would remain I pushed the no button. Now I don't have my DecTalk USB which I like very much, so
