Hello,
I also have a laptop, and there is, in your system tray, or should be, a way
to double click on the touch pad, mine is called synaptics pointing device.
Then control tab to the device settings page and uncheck it, then tab to
okay and space. If you need to reenable it, it's very easy.
Hi Lisa,
Go to your view menu by alt+t then enter on sort by, and enter on from.
This will enable you to use first letter navigation. This should help some.
Take care,
Lois

Donnie,
Are you set to read messages in plain text only? If so, when the message is
open do alt+shift+h. Then you will be able to have the link work.
Take care,
Lois

Hi all,
I have a friend who is having trouble getting Jaws to read the message.
Jaws will read the headers but not the message. She changed something, but
doesn't know what, and I can't figure it out. Any ideas would be
appreciated.
Thanks,
Lois

Hi,
I have it and love it. I'll try to remember where I
I have used it with no problem. It's different than ftp and takes getting
used to, but I like it better. Rick Harmon has a tutorial on his webpage,
blind-geek-zone.net.

Hi Rick,
I have been trying to get my audio cds to play in winamp, too. I have the
box checked in preferences, but when I got to properties, winamp isn't a
choice. I see two other media players and open to view in windows explorer.
Do you have any idea why winamp isn't there and how I can
for the night
That shouldn't make any difference for the CD, but you could press space on
select all.
Also, in the general options, check use Winamp Agent.

Thanks,
