You might want to check with FS first. Inquire if Dot Net Framework is
really required for the online help.

I've never been aware that Dot Net Framework was required for the online
JAWS help to function. I'm almost certain that I never had it installed
until I had to install it in order to update my video drivers last year. I
can't be of any assistance as to helping you figure out why it won't
