problem navigating in Firefox. Favorites is called bookmarks there. Add To
Bookmark... there are some other minor differences between Firefox and IE,

I have the same type of issue. I don't know if it would work but one
might try:
1. Open the document in MS Word.
2. Do an alt F.
3. down arrow to save as and press enter.
4. Tab once and you will be in the file extension field.
5. Arrow to XML.
6. tab to save and press enter.
