Well Rich, the installer package should be something like setup.exe or install.exe. If you look for that, then these will more likely to be programmes that will install what you wish to install. Also, if a package uses the Windows Installer technology, files ending in .msi are definitely

John, unlike AVG Anti-virus, AVG Anti-spyware can only be used with the JAWS cursor, which you say you can't make sense of, so I suggest you uninstall that and install Ad Aware and/or, preferably and, Spybot Search and Destroy. Hope that helps. - Original Message - From: Job Hunter
