What she could do is to first remove Norton from her computer using Add or

absolutely everything's gone from Norton. The utility is only difficult to
use because you've got to type in one of these codes that are displayed in

Honestly I'm not sure if it can be removed, how ever if you make some other

Hi David,
If the one on the website is the one I sent you off-list not too long ago,
it should not require that feature of the captia fill in.
Am I mistaken?
I used that same one myself, and didn't have to bother with any such
feature.

Yes, but only the shortcuts. The programme itself will still remain on your

Nod32 or the latest version of AVG.

John, they'll both work with JAWS 8, however Nod32 needs to have some
tweaking done before it will fully work, unlike AVG. Hope that helps.

What's the text of the error message? (virtualize the window, select all,
and copy to clipboard; paste into another document.) Such text might give a
clue on what needs to be done.

Nod32 will work with JAWS8, whether you tweak it or not; and the tweaks are
very minor - a matter of making the interface more accessible. I used AVG

I've used AVG for several years now. I keep hearing about these reports of
