The documentation on both sites was put together sometime ago,
however,the procedure is still the same as far as Jaws is concerned.
I've gotten the same results with JFW6 thru 9 useing the system restore
utility.

We were on schedule to post the third update today for JAWS 9.
Unfortunately, something did not clear testing and it has gone back to
the developers. We are optimistic that a fix for the issue that held it
is coming soon and the post will not be delayed long.

There is also a program called, decrapifier that works well with Jaws.
Sorry about the language David, but that is what the program is called.
I use it on every new computer I set up and it will remove any or all
programs that come with a new computer that isn't necessary.
