I have had similar problems. I reported this to FS. they asked me to
send the Jaws dump files to them which I did. Please report your
problems also so they know it is not only me.

Hi, Margaret. I got the link to work but I have IE 6. What I did was hit
insert f-7 for the links list dialog and arrowed down to where it says
"click here". You might have to use your jaws cursor but I'm sure someone
who has IE 7 can help you even further. I have an older version of jaws so
I just tried out what you suggested and wasn't able to reproduce the problem
myself, but possibly somebody else will be able.

Honestly I don't know because as a rule the only thing I use word for on a
regular basis is to reformat text cutting out hard returns and so forth
prior to pasting it back in to notepad for conversion to HTML. I can check
though and see what happens on this end.

I just tested the download and it is working. The file is about 27 MB and with
a fast connection, should not take more than a minute or two to download.

I think the best thing to do when you have a download problem is use a
Download Manager. I use Free Download Manager which is up on the Programs
page of the Jaws User website.
A download manager will resume automatically a broken download and will
prevent the download having to restart from
I have tried to download the .zip file containing the .mp3 file for which a
link is provided in this message at least 6 times. Every time, the download
just stops with no explanation. Each failure has been anywhere from 2% to
99% complete.
