for german, i use English German Dictioanry from http://www.iee.et.tu-dresden.de/cgi-bin/cgiwrap/wernerr/search.sh This dictioanry can be used offline and is accessible out of the box with jaws. I'm also intersted in finding similar accessible offline dictionaries for Spanish and French.
