It may happen if the firewall is blocking it. The program keeps tracking of the changes of IE, so if you uninstalled IE7, it asks "do you want to allow this program to use...". Sometimes I have to alt+tab so that I can see this window and answer yes, and make it remember my decision. HTH Negosla
