punctuation sign, you tell JAWS to SILENCE non, some, most, or all speaking
of it. thus, when you have set apostrophe [or quote] to 'all' in the
default or the application configuration, it will not then be spoken at all.
I am not Chris but I can confirm that at least in some cases the punctuation
manager functions in Jaws does not work. As I mentioned I had UK Jaws
support spend an hour on a home visit on my PC trying unsuccessfully to get
it to work. This is why in the end I reverted to Dictionary Manager to get

I am currently running winamp 5.24. I downloaded some CBS evening news video
podcasts and have tried playing via juice and winamp but I get no audio.
Fortunately, I can play them via GoldWave. However that is a temporary fix. Is

I raised this as part of an onsite training session with my Jaws Vendors and
as I say they could not resolve it either. We repeatedly altered settings
but Jaws refused to implement the changes.
As I say Dictionary Manager is a work around.

I have an older computer, Dell Dimension, probably almost ten years old. I
just installed Windows 98 SE, JAWS 5.0, and GoldWave 4.26. The machine is
networked using a dLink wireless and wired router. I am using GoldWave to
record my vinyl from a stereo receiver and turntable. Sometimes
