In my case, I pressed alt F to file, then W, JAWS says, "new folder f",
pressed F and time to type in the folder name.
I'm using Vista.

1 I press ctrl F to forward the message,
2 got into the body of the message
3 press alt o
4 the HTML and send picture with message was check
5 so I pressed enter on picture and sent it off and it worked.
go figure I guess my picture has to be not checked. hmmm

If I understand, you are talking about pictures in a forwarded message.
I could be wrong, but I think that is because the person that originally
sent the email had the files associated with those photos on their computer.
All we get is the photo imbedded in the email but not the file.

1. Open your Desktop.
2. Press F5 which will free the cursor from locking onto any particular
icon.
3. Press Alt F. You should hear "New" If you do, go to the next step.
