When a problem occurs with any member's account a bounce action notice is generated by the mailman program automatically. A very nice feature is that it does that particular task on it's own without any of us being involved in the process. This is wonderful since this is such a large list

Hi Vicki, One easy way to gain access to the different Jaws .enu folders is: Start menu. programs, then hit J until you find the Jaws version you are currently using, then right arrow and you will be on Explore Jaws subMenu. Then right arrow again and you will be in a list of .enu folders
