Hi all,
I need to use a cross-sheet reference in Excel for some work I am
doing. I.e. I am in a worksheet, and need to use data from another
worksheet (actually another workbook i.e. a separate file) in my
formulae.
Now according to the Jaws Help for Excel, under Miscelaneous hints, I

It's understandable that when I type in a password, JAWS simply says

because that's what's appearing on the screen.
Is there a way to hear what I am actually typing in there?

Best selection of Bibles.
Go up to the programs page and look for asterisk logger. It will do what you
need. Remember it can be used as a hack tool in the wrong hands.

Hi all,
I'm trying out a programme called Asyoutype, which basically helps you to
correct spelling mistakes as well as helping you to type better. This is
working extremely well with JAWS 9 so far. You can go to www.asyoutype.com
and download a free and fully functional 30 day trial. Hope this

get the key, simply contact avast support and explain that you can't
complete their online form due to the visual captcha. they should then send
you a key. Hope this helps.

I am running JFW 9.0.2169 and Firefox 3. After discovering that my computer was
being very sluggish I deleted the prefetch files and I now have no speech when
using Firefox. My computer is acting much better now except for this problem. I
still have speech in IE. Any ideas would be
Look up cross-reference in Excel help for more detail and worked-out
examples on how to do what you want. Either or both do a search in the
Excel Help, or create an Index there by going to the Index tab and tabbing
to and entering on the wizard, etc. if you haven't already created an index.
Hi, I did what you just told us, and I still got speech with Firefox 3. Try
reinstalling Firefox 3 and see if it solves your problem. Hope this helps.

Hello robin,
The easiest way to do it is to use the paste special function. Simply copy
the cell with the formula in the sheet or workbook being linked to, move to
where you want the result to appear in the other workbook or worksheet, and
use the paste link command in the paste special
Thanks Chris:
I suspected that it might need reinstalled, but it's good to know that I didn't
cause any problems by removing the prefetch files. Thanks again.
