I just loaded Outlook 2003 and it's located there in mine.
It's actually called, mail format tab.
It reads, Use Microsoft Office 2003 to edit email messages. This should be
unchecked.

Yes that's what has been happening even after uninstalling Jaws 10
completely then reinstalling it.
