Thanks for re-checking, Denny. It wasn't showing up in mine when I tabbed, so I had to use the JAWS cursor to see that option. It was already unchecked, and apparently you can't tab to it if it is. Thanks. Do you know if FS still recommends not to use MS Word as the editor in Outlook version

You should be able to have the keystroke Alt + down arrow open (expand) the list. Sometimes referred to as a drop down menu by the sighted. Then use the arrow keys to get the value you want and then Alt + up arrow to close (collapse) the combo box. Usually, you can also press Tab to keep the
