I have Windows Vista and Jaws 9 on a new X300 with four gigs of ram and Jaws
freezes for me too. IT does sometimes come back but frequently the only
solution seems to press the power button and re-boot.
I still have not installed Jaws 10.
So far I have not identified a cause, I suspect
I received my SD Card in the mail today for my Victor Reader Stream. Could
someone please tell me
what I need to do? Do I just put it into my machine and let it format itself,
or what?

With the Stream off, put it into the Stream. It should seat well. When you
turn on the Stream, it will create the folders you need.
