Kathy, I've installed the Brailliant for a number of people. JAWS doesn't contain the Brailliant drivers so you can't install it from the JAWS end, either as part of a JAWS install or by adding a Braille display afterwards. Although this makes it more difficult to get going, the feedback I've had

I have no idea if you are using windows vista, but windows vista creates favourites folder automatically in your destop directory as soon as you save web site in the internet, and you can easily delete that saved web site by going to that favourite folder, use your arrow keys to locate that
