It has worked for me to just select the linebreak symbol with shift and the curser key, copy it to clipboard and paste in the find field, then replacing it with nothing filled in the replacement field, which will in effect delete the line breaks then enter on replace or replace all. Riana

Perhaps your punctuation is set to none. If it works like previous jaws versions, to change punctuation settings, you could either do it in the jaws verbosity menu from within outlook, where you could change it to most, or via the Jaws configuration settings under the settings menu, arrowing to t
