Seasons greetings,
My name is Fred, and I have been a Jaws users member for a little
over a year or so. When I first started out I posted an email introducing
myself to everyone. One of the responses I received was from a person name
Greg and he indicated that he was from Hamilton Ohio whi

Omnipage can do an optical character recognition and export the resulting
text via scansoft realspeak voices to wave mono 22khz 16bit.
Or you could use say all and use a loop back cable from your headphone jack
to the input jack of your sound
I can't seem to get JAWS 10 to read the Word 2007 "key tips" (the new
version of Tool Tips to display shortcut keys). JAWS 11 reads them without
modification. I was wondering if there is some way to get JAWS 10 to read
them?

Obviously the guidelines are in need of review. They state that simply
placing off topic in the subject line does not make it all right to post a
message.

Hello
I'm creating a braille keyboard emulator. But I don't know how to simulate
equal sign (=) in SendInput function. Could someone tell me what's its
virtual key code? Thanks!

Hello all,
Thunderbird 3 was released a few days ago. It works brilliantly with
JAWS 11 at my end, not sure about earlier versions. You can get it from
www.mozilla.com. David I believe you can upload this on your site as
it's free to download and use.
Enjoy!

Hey Chris,
Could you please give me the steps to do that?
Thanks
I tried to find out how to do that, but no luck.>

Yes they do. You must first tell Skype to display the alerts in the
notification tray.

No, that doesn't work when JAWS has truly lost focus. You then need to
bring up the desktop (windows+m) and proceed (alt-tab) from there.

And if Say-All Voice Alias settings are unavailable via Config manager,
no matter which synthesizer you use, why is/was this settings group also
listed there?

Hi Chris,
You were right in saying that the option can be activated in jaws main menu
under options > voices > either standard or individual settings. However when
going from one element to the next via tab key the respective heading is not
spoken i.e Say all voice. This is why I overlooked it.
