Hello Albert, Just first check whether it was not just disabled. On the laptops there are usually either a keystroke that toggles, or a wireless and Bluetooth button. You shouldn't have to re enter any email account settings. Regards Riana -Original Message- From:

On that missing connection. Does it see any other wireless connections? if not then wireless0 is turned off. Go start menu, run type services.msc Look for wireless0, right click on it and see if it says start or restart. If start then do that. xp has a issue with wireless connections sometime.
