Had the same problem, both on my XP desktop and Win 7 laptop. I un installed
all versions of Jfw and re- install the program from the internet web site.
Using the 32 bit for the desktop and the 64 bit for the laptop. Haven't had
a problem since. Before I use the disk F S sent to do the install.
