Hi All,
Much of the time, when I open an email to read in outlook 2007, jaws says,
read edit. I have to press insert 2 to hear the message. Automatic reading
of messages is on, and yet, half the time, or even more than that, I have to
hit insert 2 to read an email.
I am running jaws 12, windows
Just a reminder we do prefer that you top post and include the message
you're replying to at the bottom. This makes life easier especially when a
thread has gone on for a while.

In Acrobat Reader settings you need to turn off protected mode. this has
fixed the problem now.

Well, I have a question and I'm not sure if it can be answered here.
But I have the address book on AOL set to automatically add people to it.
However, when doing this, when I send an email to someone they do not
automatically show up most of the time.
Is this an AOL thing or a JAWS i
An acceptable one is outlook 2003. I like it very much. It works very
much like outlook express. Hope this helped you.

If you're using the 2011 version of windows live mail, then the graphics which
indicate unread, attachment, etc are not labeled by default. Hopefully, this
will be fixed soon in an update to jaws 12. However, you can label these
manually
yourself, as follows:
