I have been trying to work with MS office 2010 but it seems I need to have some
guidance as the ribbons are not easy to use with jaws. at least in my case that
i am using jaws 13.0

Uh, Rich. Another thought, maybe you better make sure the keyboard is
actually frozen, as that is what your first message implied. If its not,

Gene Asner did a presentation on Thunderbird for Accessible World a
couple years ago. One part is devoted to the older Windows Live Mail
and the other part is on Thunderbird. Some of both parts is outdated,
but I'm also giving Thunderbird a try and I found the presentation
