Just looked and not much changed, and they sort of broke Bard, and I am in
Windows 7 with all its updates and using IE 9. Pressing insert escape
solves the problem but never had to do that before.
Other places everyone thinks this is an XP issue but this computer has never
had XP on it, only
Send freedom a message I did and got a answer they know about the issues I
wish I hade sent the answer to the list. The more let them know of the
problem the more they will get it fixed.

Hello everyone.
Since updating to the latest JFW, using win 7 home premium 64 bit, ie 9, I
am encountering a lot of issues.
Mainly where the screen is not refreshing, for example, I could be on the
google.com site, go and open a new link, and jfw reads the previous screen
from the google page.
I have read many concerns on this issue but has anyone
reported this to FS yet?

Hi there tara, do you want fc on your Desktop? If so, when your on fc, open
files menu, then go down to send sub menu and then arrow down to shortcut to
desk and press enter. It should appear on Desktop when you open. Hope this

Speaking for myself although my systems are mission critical to me it is not

It is a pain, but I found on the Bard site the right page is there but J13
isn't reading it. Having tried the update insert + escape yet But did close
J13 and open j12 and it read the page correctly.

of JAWS because my PW was not accepted by the site. Before that, I had the
same problem and I contacted FS and with a tandem session it was corrected.
With the latest build JAWS13.0.924 the problem resurfaced. I'm glad
