Hi there.
When using the character E with an accent sign, it works fine as long as I
don't try and capitalise it. When I type a capital e acute JAWS speaks cap
a. II'm not sure if this is just a jaws problem. Can anyone help?
Thanks
Damien.

Hi All,
How do you save personalized settings for individual webpages in J13? I
used to use the Insert, shift, + V but, that keystroke doesn't work in J13.
All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much, take care.

H Mike,
While on the web page, where you want the personalized settings:

press enter on that item.
Now you are in the bottom section of the INSERT V and any changes you make in
this area, will be

Look for personalized settings. He told you the quick settings method.
Quick settings doesn't always stick, but you should still try his method as
well.

Hi Justin,
Thank you, I did find it. I had to type personalize in the search box to
find it because it is buried under another heading somewhere but, it's
there! Thanks again, take care.

I would suggest you change that setting from saying CAPS to it being a
higher pitch setting (for capitals). What version of JAWS are you using?
How-to Instructions vary according to version.

JAWS 11. I don't have a problem with JAWS saying cap and whatever the
letter is. I think I might have inadvertently altered the asci value of the
character.

No, you can't alter the ASCII value of a character. You might have
changed the pronunciation of it at some stage.

One way to do this is to press the alt key followed by the number 1 twice
quickly in an open email and right click on the person's name or email
address and arrow down to add to outlook contacts.
The contact form will open and tab through to verify the information or add
additional info and press
