Thank you. I upgraded to IE 9 before reading all the information about
JAWS 14 and downloaded a book to be sure I knew how since I thought I
remembered that downloading was a bit different in IE 9 and everything
went well. By the time I finished reading all the information about the

Hi Margret. If you have a 64 bit machine, that's what you need to download. I
don't know if anything will happen if you did the other version, but that's the
