I don't ever recall Freedom Scientific recommending deleting your Prefetch
file. And, if they did, it is a superfluous step at best. Deleting the

May I make a suggestion? I created a spreadsheet with the following:
Column 1 is the name for which the password is attached to.
Column 2 is my user name.
Column 3 is my password.
Column 4 is the account number for sites with it.
Column 5 is optional which I use for other pertinent info
No problem. When you said Jaws, it sounded like you were saying Freedom
Scientific. But it's not a big problem.
The prefetch files are created whenever you open a program. So even if you
delete a prefetch file the next time you execute a program it is recreated.

For the last few days when I open IE8 a Facebook log in page comes up and I

Use the same password everywhere but add the name of the site to the end
of the password.
Use a password vault. That way you only have to remember one password,
then you can grab the password out of the vault, and you don't have to
remember
I respect those who use the free stuff, but I have actually picked up some
very nasty viruses with the free ms esentials that filtered through.

Another solution is to have the site mail you your password, assuming you
have the same Email address you had when the account was originally set up.

me that mse would cover it all and not to bother investing time and energy
