Susie,
In addition to checking for the possibility that the split button is
pressed, you might also check to see if you put Word into the full screen
reading mode. When in the Word document use Alt+CTRL+P to put the document
into print view to see if that resolves the problem.
Take care.

Hello Susie,
Have you checked in Word under the view tab to make sure the option for
split screen is not checked? Under the view tab the zoom should be at 100
percent, one page should be used, and if you go further on the lower part of
the ribbon under the view tab there is a choice for splitting
Let us know the version of Outlook and someone will know the KB shortcut
to return you to a single pane view.

Deleting the M3U file which my guess was the data file didn't work. On the
other hand deleting the INI file and then opening it back up running through
the setup process fixed the beast. I offer my thanks.

Hi Susie,
Is it possible you have the view set to 2 pages? Try Alt+w, followed by the
number 1 on the number row.

I do not know what is going on. This is the third problem that I had with

With a wav file open I can no longer change the zoomlevels with the shift key

Susie,
You just need to return the Zoom level to 100%.
From memory, the shortcut in word 2003 is alt + v z, then tab around to
find 100%.
As far as I know, this will also work in 2007 / 2010.

Lenny,
If you were using notepad to save this text file, use save as instead of
just save. Then you can adjust where you want to save the file, and your
choice will stick from there on.

Just wanted to make sure, thanks. Now I have to make a new image of this

the climate is so bad this lap top isn't going anywhere for a while. This
