You can recall a message that hasn't already been read by the recipient. Go
into the Sent Items and open the message you want to try to recall. Use Alt
followed by H followed by A followed by T. The following dialog will

However, after installing the set up, I got a message that I needed to
uninstall my existing 14 first.
Is that right.
I guess, why run a repair and not just re install the 14.
