Windows itself does not have a dictionary, the "Custom.dic" you found is put
there by Microsoft Office.
To the best of my knowledge, only Office and Outlook Express make use of
the dictionary installed with Office.
There will only be entries in the .dic file if you put them there.

Internet explorer was also loaded now I have 2 computers the other one has

I just downloaded tiny spell. I typed a paragraph and misspelled words
on purpose. I hit the space bar and heard a little ding, but, I can't

my files and folders there listed are no longer in alphabetical order. I
have no idea in what order they are other than mixed up.
