I like Malware Bytes just fine. I do have the premium version, but many people are running the free version and doing well it seems. I would recommend ADW Cleaner for AD Ware however, it also is a free program, and it does a super job. Do a web search for it if you would like to try it, like

If you hit Alt V, that will put you in JAWS Verbosity. You will need to arrow down until you get to the punctuation options, and you can opt for none, some, most or all. It could be that there is something else in those choices in JAWS Verbosity that would solve your problem, but I don't know
