after turning my laptop off for a 3 hour car ride, and rebooting it, there was no musical jingle letting me know it was loaded, and also, jaws didn't come on (I have jaws start after it loads). I rebooted it 2 more times, before having a family member look at it, and was told it was in mute mode.
