Hello,
Would somebody please remind me how to create an email group using Outlook
2013 and Jaws 17? I did it in Outlook Express years ago and can't find what
I need.
Thank you so much!

A much better (and perhaps a stable) way: press Windows+R, type "msinfo32"
(without quotes), then press ENTER. Navigate through the list that appears
which will tell you everything you need to know about your computer and your
OS.
Cheers,

Hi Kevin,
Yes it is possible. Try the following:
1. Hold down the Windows Key, & press the, Pause key. This is a shortcut

2. Press, Insert / Jaws key, Alt key, + W, to virtualize the window.
3. Press, Control + A, to copy everything to the clipboard.
4.
Another way to get system info is to type system in the search box.
However, when I did that I got the info but got JAWS acting erratic so
had to shut down and restart JAWS.

Hi Adrian,
After removing the ENU Files & replacing them, did you unload & restart

Yesterday I tried this dialog with NVDA and noticed that the control there
(unlike with JAWS) is labeled "Show Office clipboard." That implies it's a
toggle, and what you say here confirms it. Beyond that, NVDA wasn't helpful.

Perhaps this may help to solve the issue.
