I'd say both. Goldwave used to have a feature named jogging. Reaper its scrubbing. The extensions SWS & OSARA are both JAWS and non visual --- accessible. I've never before saw the Reaper WIKI to say but there a lot of VST's aka Virtual Studio Technology. When they are added to Reaper & Goldw
