No idea really. But maybe try doing a repair of your office instalation from within control panel. It does seem to fix some problems related to corruption of Office. Just let the repair run while you do other things; it can take several minutes. If it doesn't fix the problem, try searching

What happens when you press enter on the file(s?) Does the "open with" dialogue open? Windows 10 treats zip files as folders. So when you press enter, you should actually be inside the zip archive and able to view and even work with the individual files. The options in the context menu will
