[JAWS-Users] Problem with character echo

I am a new JAWS user and have the following problem. I have echo set to characters or change it to characters and words and get no echo when typing in JAWS, however, when I backspace it echo's the characters deleted. Any ideas on what may be happening? Danny For answers to frequ
