Make sure you have the other end plugged into a wall outlet, and that the
outlet has power -- is it perhaps controlled by a wall switch? If so,
absolutely do not use that outlet.

My computer doesn't charge. It runs off the Ac only. I get
insert f11 and I get "0 percent available, plugged in, not
charging." It's been sitting there not charging. It's now been
plugged in for 12 hours. Before I plugged it in, it was at 50
percent. Now unplugging ing just cuts the power
