This dictioanry can be used offline and is accessible out of the box with jaws.
I'm also intersted in finding similar accessible offline dictionaries
for Spanish and French.
BTW,
Systran Professional is fairly JAWS accessible, but in order for it
to be significantly better than online translators like Babelfish,
one needs to "train" the software, and build vocabulary lists etc.
There are times when I just need to look up a word or verb tense.
