Oh, the Apple Airport router definitely works with Windows, as well as Mac.
It does not care. It generates a very strong signal, compared to my Arris
router.

Dave, I have never heard of this router, please elaborate on it if you can.
I was always under the impression that anything Apple would not be so easy
to configure in Windows.

As far as the simplest to set up, and signal strength, get the Apple Airport
router. The GUI to do adjustments is quite accessible, as well.
You did not say whether you are using cable or telephone data as your
incoming broadband. Either will require
