Yes, they are exactly the same. "Chrome" is just a shortened form of
the name "Google Chrome", just as "Explorer" is a shortened name of
Internet Explorer, "Edge" is a shortened form of Microsoft Edge and
"Firefox" is a shortened name of Mozilla Firefox.
