Hello there. I am wondering how I can delete this file or a part file that
someone tried to skype me but failed. It doesn't want to leave me.It isd no
use because A it won't extract, and B, it is only part of a movie file. It
keeps sayingI can't delete the file because another program is using

I've had that thing at various times too, try rebooting see if it goes away?

have you tried restarting your pc and then deleting it? or, try
closing skype since it was running when you tried getting the file.

you will need to restart and them delete the file. Sometimes it happens with
a file that is video or song.
