To all listers
Are there any accessible application to change one key on the keyboard to
other? My friend have a laptop which does not has the Insert key. Now he wants
to use something like the right Alt key for that one.
Any help would be appreciated.

Even if the laptop does not have a numb pad, I would tell your friend to
have a sighted person look at it, because I have bought laptops that had an
insert key in
Blind Macintosh users that run Windows in a VM often recommend sharp keys for
this type of functionality.
